In 1989 Semiotext(e) published my book Assassination Rhapsody in their Foreign Agents Series. As an American I’m not sure why I was included in a series alongside such luminaries as Jean Baudrillard and Foucault, but I was flattered nonetheless. The book did quite well—especially for a work of experimental fiction. It went through numerous printings and was taught in several university English courses, e.g., San Diego State and UCLA .
It has been out of print for some time, so I’m pleased to report it will be reborn next year as an
ebook from Conspir(e).
